these are my best sketches that I had from the 2 hour scribbles I have stared to get gestures better but still have no clue what to do with the scribbles

Game Character

my thoughts on making this into a game character is that you could turn it into ether an alligator or crocodile and with maybe some more human like aspects. Such as standing upright, posture, and some clothes. this would make the character more relatable to humans but still look different so that you do not have an uncanny valley problem.
